What Is Florida Youth Challenge Academy

Twice a year the Florida National Guard Youth Challenge Academy accepts dropouts for a 5 month residential program to help. This is a short documentary series that will highlight a former Cadet that has graduated from Florida Youth Challenge Academy. The Florida Youth Challenge Academy gets troubled teens back on track.

The Florida Youth ChalleNGe Academy FLYCA will shut down after its 50th class the Florida National Guard announced. Florida Youth ChalleNGe Academy held its Family Day so family and friends of the cadets could see how far these kids have.
